1. Our Commitment We take full responsibility if something goes wrong on our end. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item — we will make it right, no questions asked.

2. Eligible for Replacement or Refund We offer a free replacement or full refund if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was missing an item

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging.

4. Refund Process Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Replacement Policy Eligible replacements are shipped at no extra cost, subject to availability.

6. Not Eligible We are unable to process refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Taste preference
  • Minor packaging wear that doesn’t affect the product
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

7. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
